Water damage in your ceiling is probably a consequence of roof damage or pipe leaks. Burst pipes can also cause a leaky ceiling; this commonly occurs during colder months. If left unattended, these leaks can cause severe and expensive damage to your home.
Too much moisture can increase the probability of water damage and possible mold development in your home.
Older homes and buildings are commonly prone to more potential structural issues, including water damage to roofs and walls. Burst pipes and heavy rainfall can affect these buildings more severely than newer structures. A leaky or sagging ceiling is a typical consequence of such damage. Dealing with water damage immediately is crucial to forestall further structural damage.

Our experts assess and dry areas affected by water damage, including leaks, offering fast and efficient restoration solutions with CleanPro Restoration.
Category 1 water infiltrations occur when the sanitary water supply lines are compromised. To be classified as Category 1, the water must not have been sitting in a structure for more than 72 hours, and the affected materials must be clean and well-maintained
Water containing significant chemical, biological, and/or physical contamination is considered Category 2. If the water source was originally Category 1, the water would degrade to Category 2 after 72 hours. When water is Category 2, it will turn Category 3 after 48 hours.
When water intrusion results from a grossly unsanitary source, carries disease-causing agents, or when the water has resided in a structure for more than 120 hours, it is considered Category 3. Regardless of the initial source, water can be deemed Category 3 if it dwells in the structure for five days.
